Chris Willson

Chris is a practicing yogi and has a master’s degree in anthropology with an emphasis in ancient cultural belief systems. He has practiced shamanistic healing for more than 30 years and believes that healing comes from the innate power within all of us. Chris was given many gifts from the tribes he visited and most importantly was imparted the concept of “heart knowledge.” This concept is his life mantra and guides him on his many journeys.

As mentioned above, Chris is a practicing yogi and a devoted Hindu. He is an accomplished musician and composer and plays multiple musical instruments. Chris shares these talents in traditional as well as modern Kirtan and ambient mediation compositions.

He is also an instructor of pranayama breathing, transcendental mediation, and Ayurvedic medicine, all while empowering true enlightenment though nature and spiritual enlightenment. His life philosophy is that “one can find healing and inner peace as well as establish the first steps to a true and honest well-being through yoga.”
